Recording to USB drive using latest BH image choppy

Ismael

Vu+ Newbie
Hi all,

Please help me. I'm having problems with my Vu+ Solo box running the latest BH image (and all the previous BH images in the last 8 months or so) in that recorded videos are always choppy and tend to cut off parts of the video/audio when played back on a PC or any other device.

All I did was to mount and format my USB drive and record to it. Is there a certain setting I'm meant to change to make video recording better? Is it a problem with my box? Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Regards!

For test Try to use a Swap file.
And disable all plugins you not use with Black Hole Speed UP

Hi Matrix, thank you for the reply. I'll try this later but if you're still available can you please help me with my other post here: http://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/folder-mount-on-windows-7-seven.2419/#post-87551

I decided to use a folder I shared locally on my PC to store videos and followed the steps in the post but I can't get it to work. Still using latest BH image 2.0.2 rev A
