when ive set a timer to record then wanted to stop it anyone know how to? tried to delete it on harddrive it went but carried on recording i even restarted box but again it started again any ideas
 
This is the way I do it too, but it is annoying if the event if a repeated timer (ie weekly). Sometimes pressing record button on the channel which is recording brings up record menu, including "Stop recording", but sometimes "Stop recording" is not listed? What is the logic?
