Release the tuner?

I use Restream to stream my VU+ Solo over the internet. Because the Solo has only one tuner, the channels cannot be controlled by the Solo when Restream is streaming. The tuner gets locked to the Restream server and the Solo recording light flashes. All other channels are greyed out. Is there a way to release the Solo tuner from being controlled by Restream through the Solo menu?
