Remote control button Play/Pause not work in BH 2.0.4

Hello.

I have VU+ Duo2 receiver with new style Duo2 remote control. In BH 2.0.4. button Play/Pause completely not work on the remote. No response but LED is blinking on receiver.

The same remote with the same Duo2 receiver is without problem on VTI 6.0.0. Button Play/Pause works normally.

Is there bug in BH 2.0.4? But old style remote (ultimo) works correctly on BH 2.0.4.

I use multimedia buttons like Play, Pause and Stop everyday and works properly. No bug.
Explain better what you are doing.

Ok. When i am playing TV recording and press Pause button on remote there is no response from receiver. Recording playback continues without interruption. Only LED on receiver indicares that receiver receive remote code.

I am not alone with this problem. There is more affected users. Problem is only with new type remote control of Duo2. When i use with duo2 old ultimo remote control there is no problem with pause button.

Another user try VTI 6 and according to his information described problem disappears in this image.

It seems that BH dont understand remote control code for button pause. Maybe new remote control of Duo2 is using different code for command pause. Bug on the remote control side?

My Duo2 comes with Ultimo and Uno RCs. I don't have new Duo2 RC but I think the problem is not a bug but the latest updates made by Vu+ that will be included in the next BH.
 
Hi there, same problem here. BH latest image with the new style remote and the pause button not working, Using the old style one for now.
