Remote Control issue

Im new with Duo2 and the feeling is good in first testing but i notice some lag on remote control and box reply i even changed the batteries on remote but still there is a little lag and sometime i have to push several time a button for box reply.

Anyone notice the same issue i have the last image blackhole F.

It's precisely the RC which is not particularly "friendly".
There is nothing to do.

ok maybe there is other compatible that works better

I have the same problem that because of led light in front of remote that u will connect with heater .
