vu+ uno reciver i was using 2.1.4 without any problem with image 3.0.2.f remote doesn't work properly when i press exit in menu it goes back to upper menu when i press for second time to go out of menu it does nothing then if i press up or down button it works. and when in menu i change something and a question apears with yes or no the ok button doenst do any thing until i go up or down . it is not mechanical or battery . i used another image it was same (open vix ). i reset the remote with (1+6) 9-9-6 no change . what can i do?
