Remote control Problem

Hi All

I have an issue with my remote control since i made an update of my VU+ Zero with Black Hole image.
i always need to push the down button or any other button before it reacts on the actuel action.

Example:
If i am in the menu an want to exit, i push the exit button but it does not react so i have to push the down button an the i can push the exit button.

I already changed the Batteries but this doesn't make a change.

usualy this behaviour is only when batteries are down.
i had the same problem and fixed with new batteries.
are you sure batteries is brand new?
