Remote Control your VU+

Hi, im a reseller of the VU+, and when my clients have any problem / Update software etc.. They always have to come to us / Our office, so then, we can connect to their VU+ with total commander etc, by typing the LOCAL IP ADRESS. So thats the problem, they have to come to us.. we cant remotly / from distance control / connect to their VU+ to do it for them so they dont have to come to us. We tried to look everywhere, but cant find anything.
Does anyone know any way to make it possible Or anyone that can do it for us ? Its could be something like TEAMVIEWER [you connect to their pc remotly by their app, and typing their "Serial number" given by the app, and thats it. you are controling their pc] So for VU+, it could be like connect through a MAC Adress or anything ?

Having control of the client PC by TeamViewer, using a browser, you can access the Vu + device using OpenWebif. Here you have access to the "remote". Then, with TeamViewer, you can still upload lists among other things, since you are in control of the client PC ...

There is only one thing that intrigues you: Are you an official Vu + dealer? Is that the question you ask, seeming not to know the existence of the functionality I described, is still curious as a reseller does not know it ...
