Remote - vol not working, rather software issue(?)

Hi,
Sorry if I post it in wrong forum but I thought its the most appropriate -if I am wrong - move , delete or whatever ;-)

I bought Vu Ultimo few days ago and have BH 1.7.5. Fantastic Image, previously known on my Vu Duo.
I am struggling now with RCU - I think I preferred the previous but anyway, Ive tried to programm it to also operate my projector (on/off only). I culdnt do much about it but after trials and errors I lost ability to control volume on ultimo. Simply pushing Vol -/+ dont do anything.
Could some of You have an idea what Ive messed up and how to repair this?

I found that it has something to do with RCU. If I use different remote volume -/+ works. I try to reset RCU.
 
Try this (VU UNO manual pag. 71).
"5. Reset of TV Set-up
In case you want to reset the configured TV set-up of your RCU,
Press Sequence: <<1 + 6>>, <9>, <9>, <6>
1. Press 1and 6 for three seconds until LED is on.
2. Press <9>, <9>, <6>.
3. This will reverse the RCU into no configuration state. "
I had the same problem and i did like that, now it's ok
 
Ops, i didn't see that you have a Vu Ultimo, i thought you have a Vu Uno, too.
You have to look for the Vu Ultimo Manual.
