Romanian language in BH

I'm looking for implementation of romanian language in BlackHole images for vu+ duo! I have files translated for enigma 2. If somebody can help please tell me how to...

Several years have passed and my request was not resolved. In OBH exist romanian language. What files I have to save from OBH for using in BH images?
