rtl8192cu is not detecting AP [rtl8192cu -> r8712u USB ID]

Hello
I have bought a new nano wifi usb, using BH the device is not detecting APs, the menu setup>system>wlan setup is showing rtl8192cu adapter but when scanning APs it returns " no AP detected ", the wifi file is attached, please help.

Seems that your device should use another driver (r8712u) and not the rtl8192cu.
I'll try to make changes to driver and post here the IPK file to be tested shortly.

did you have some time tolook at it ? I don't think it's a matter of driver since the chipset is detected but the wifi usb is unable to detect any network ( No AP detected) !!!!
