Run Out Of Space

I like to try and keep my images in flash and have been able to do so for many builds up to the last couple.

Going back to 3.0.2 there seems to be plenty of space for the image and some plugins. However in 3.0.5 there seems like there is only enough space for the image.

Oddly, after a fresh install of 3.0.5 the vu+duo reports approx 65000kb of space available but as soon as you install a plugin or two, you get an out of space message.

Is there a bug?
