Rytec EPG issues

Hi
I am using the rytec epg (direct download).
1st, it is not downloaded at the first try. When the message which say that it is sucessfully downloaded appear too quickly, the download was not realized and I need to retry (somtimes 5 or 6 times). Therefore, I cannot use the schueduling download, because most of the time it delete the existing EPG with an empty one.

Secondly, everytime I reboot, the EPG is empty and I have to re download it.

Is there any chance to correct this?
