yes, I have a got a samsung galaxy s2, and I can watch live or recorded TV, you need to download Dream Droid from the Andriod Market, it a simple setup. You even get a remote with this app, so you can turn the channel via your phone, (one of my favourite apps)

Sorry forgeot to say you will aslo need to download another video player from the Andriod Market, the default player on the galaxy s2 won't let me stream from my Vu+ Duo, Try Daroon Player, MX Player or vPlayer from Android Market for watching Vu+ Duo streams.
