My main SAT receiver (Duo2) is directly connected to my dish so no problem here. I want to install another SAT receiver (Solo2) on another floor in the house. Alas I can not install cables from the dish to the second floor and I was thinking about using one of the new SAT>IP appliances which will convert the signal coming from my dish to IP data (which is distributed in the house).
My question now is ... is there any SAT>IP client application available which I could install on my VU+ Solo2 in order to be able to 'use' the signal distributed via IP? As its a Linux box I believe such a client software should be available despite not having been able to locate any (yet).
