Request Satellite scan

Hi All;
Hope I'm posting this in the correct area,
I have a problem in the signal reception in my Vu+ SOLO SE
(VU+ Solo SE V2 TWIN DUAL 2xDVB-S2 FullHD LAN USB PVR Linux E2 Satellite Receiver)

it does not get signal for some tps
EX:
IntelSAT 45, tp 11550V, 28800 DVB-S2/8PSK (3/5)

and it gets signal on this tps (ST 2 88.0E)
11164V/11164H/11483V/11483H..... (SR for all tps 44995), 8 PSK, DVB-S2, EFC 2/3

but no chs get scanned...after scanning it says 0 services!!!

Pls help me with this, i have BH 2.1.7 in my box
Do i need to update any drivers etc....

I think I have the same problem on Duo2 with dual C-tuners. Transponders are found but no channels.

Same thing with all images I've tried (ViX, VTi, original VUplus and several BH images) not only with BH 2.1.7.

hi .. the strange thing is i can recieve chs on DVB-S2 tps on AsiaSAT 5S (100.5)
i get signals as well chs on following tps
12582V/SR40700 DVB-S2/8PSK, 12642V/SR40700, DVB-S2/8PSK

I think you have the same problem as I had 1 month ago, the dish wasn't stable (it moved a little bit when winding) and the sight between the dish and the satellite wasn't clear/optimised. the signals from "sat finder" plugins should always show more than 50%. if you have more than 1 Lnb, let say 2, when standing behind the dish, the leftmost lnb is for hotbird (due to reflection) see the picture here

when all are fixed I can scan all transponders, I got 3500 tv+radio channels from hotbird & astra

I use a christmas tree foot for fastening my dish, it is just 30cm above the sod
