Saving your channel list?

Hi all
This is a reall newby question, Ive only had a Solo for 2 days and am slowly getting to grips with it.
I have discovered how to rearrange my channel list, but I have lost it 3 times now when the power was switched off and once when the box rebooted after selecting a BBC HD ?

I have done a bit of reading here, and I can see some reference to "dream" something to control channel lists which I cant quite grasp yet (Im a slightly senior not very techy guy)
So my question is? is there a way to save the channel list through the menu that wont dissapear when the power is disconnected?

Yes,,,Make a backup,,,so U can recover the list!

Menu >Setup>>Software Management>Backup system settings!
Or Long Blue press>software management,,etc!
But, Remember to activate Setup mode to Expert!
Menu>setup>>system>>customize!


Hopefully , this what U looking for,,,!
