screen alignment?

Hi, I am using the latest blackhole image, but i am finding the screen is slightly cropped. Is there any way to align the screen to fix this? thanks
 
Some of my plugins startup with a very small UI screen, like partnerbox. When zapping channels in partnerbox, the infobar is in the middle/left side of the screen... Very strange.

Any body knows how to fix that?
