Just updated to 2.1.6 on my Duo2.

The skin is great but how do I increase the screen size for plugin like Shoutcast and Merlinmusicplayer? They appear as a small screen in the top left corner.

Also, the picons appear as super small. The size of them are 100x60.

If I can't increase the screen size, what is the name of the old skin to download?
 
Plugins' own screens must be updated by their authors to adapt to the new full HD skin resolution.
In this meanwhile you could install a non-HD skin.
