Se puede dar a software-uodate desde gestion del software?

Hola..

Se puede dar a actualizar el softwate desde Menu/ Configuración/ Gestion del software /... software-update?

Es bueno darle ahí? No remplazaria controladores y kernels de la propia imagen BH? O son solo del sistema..

No se si es beneficioso o perjudicial, en la anterior version le di alguna vez y actualiza muchas cosas..
