Service scan not seeing Astra 2G

When doing an automatic scan BH displaying:
Service scan
Astra 1N/2A/2F/Eutelsat 23E (28.2E)
DVB-S2 QPSK 12480SV ...etc

How can I get it to scan the frequencies on 2G?

Where are you? Are you sure you are inside the UK beam ?

Try manually scanning in a few channels.

But as pointed out, by eugene1888, Astra 2G is using a spot beam, for the UK, so isn't as easy, to pick up, outside the UK.
