Sftp ans telnet default password

Hi...i can't acces by wincp or filezilla m'y box..
At the flash of blackhoke 3.x ..i had FTP ans telnet access.
But after reboot no FTP/21 telnet/23 port...only ssh 22 port

But no password works..0000 or vuplus or dreambox...
Any idea.?
