shutdown not possible

Hi
I have Vu+ solo with blackhole 2.0.7 after shutting down the STB starting again after few seconds .
new flashing ( update to BH 2.0.8 ) or any other image like open pli failed, screen stays black
any idea ?

I mean some labels attached on the box with reported some website to be visited if problems exists.
Usually the sticker is clearly visible in the front of the box
