signal problem

Hi every one..
Am facing a prob with signal... i have 2 satellites, nilesat nd hotbird the problem is I only get signal if i put them in port B... so i have to change the port all the time to watch one of them!! what am i missing here??

If U have 2 tuners like in vu duo , then U have to make a Tuner Configuration!

Menu>Service searching>Tuner configuration (,, press Ok,,)

Then U may have somthing similar to the following:-
