sky uk channel list

Just installed these settings and nothing working. Says vu solo2 on front panel sometimes it loads sometimes not. At present stuck on bh screen and says starting gui but nothing happens. Strangely enough whilst it's stuck in this screen I can access menu and all other menus but no TV channels. Please can someone help
 
Sorry, got it working when the box started it didn't zap to a channel automatically hence why no channel on start up. Please can someone tell me how to setup the option to startup on last channel viewed when waking up from standby?
