Smartcard for cable

Hi,
I have a solo 4k 3 tuners in which i have 2 questions if possible that i can be answered.

1) I have a local cable network and i tired to use it on the DVB-C tuner of the solo4k and i receive almost all the channels but not the scrambled. I have the smartcard that can open those channels. I have inserted the smartcard into the solo4k slot but ofcourse it didn't open them. My question is what ******* do i need to make the smartcard work? is there a way to use my smartcard through the solo4k?

2) The plug in of blindscan is not working on DVB-S/S2 ..any solution?

2) AFAIK, blindscan don´t work for FBC tuners, so we must wait for the fix.
