socket connection problem

i tried after a very long time to connect to my vusolo2 with dcc and i get the error socket 10057 closed
the ip is correct because i can see my box with web inf or with putty or winscp .....but when i try dcc
nothing...i have tried all possible combinations with root but nothing
the problem is that i want to extract or copy my ***** and ***** info to copy them to my new box zero4k

Which image do you have installed?
You can access your receiver, from your PC, using filezilla, a free FTP, (File Transfer protocol), program, then copy the necessary files, to your PC, from the receiver.
In newer images you need to set a password, you can do this via the receivers menu, under Network, to use some enigma 2 tools.
