Software Manager in Official UNO image

Where is Software manger in UNO official image?
I want to install some cams / plugins but I cannot find it.

The official image does'nt have things like emu's.

It's a basic image that works in the box, if you want to install plugins you have to do so manually.
Personally I don't know why you would want to use it when Black Hole is based on the original image.

It is totally obvious that I am a BH lover. But I just was curious to know is it possibe or not.
