Software problem at booting

After having added some software packages at the reboot there is a message "SOFTWARE PROBLEM" at starting Enigma II.

Anyone an idea how to solve this problem ??

Well paolino in the meantime I have made a boot from my usb-stick, so I have to update and reinstall all data again. No problem.
