Request Solo loosing motor settings

Just changed my dish motor to a primesat 3600B . Set up OK, good signal. I'm using USALS and have had no problems in the past. Now I set up and get a good lock both manually and predetermined and save. Get out of set up select a station and the motor moves and I loose signal.
Tried it on 28E, 19E and 13E all the same. When I go back to Satfinder shows no signal, and even Goto has lost its lock.
Does anyone know if the motor or the box holds the settings?
my set up is Vu Solo running DarkHoli 2.1.7 all software up to date

The motor holds the settings or the actual location of the satellite. The dsieqc position number or USAL id is the only thing stored in the receiver.

Make sure the dish is tracking the satellite arc correctly. There should be information in the motor manual on how to reset the motor and clear the stored information in it. It sounds like the wrong location(s) have been stored in the motor or the dish is not tracking the arc correctly. Make sure all nuts, bolts, and hardware is tight and not loose.
