solo se signal problem

i have a problem with my solo se on a samsung uhd tv. i have the image on screnn but when i connect the lnb plug i lose the signal on the tv and when i disconnect it the signal comes back. do you have any solution. best

It sounds like you're cable isn't connected properly, and causing a short:

You seem to have ruled out problems with your set up, including LNB, dish, cabling and television, by trying other receivers, which only leaves a problem with your VU+ Solo SE.
Can you try your Solo SE on another dish/cable, if only a friend/relatives system? To see if it the receiver works.
