solo2 hdd prob,

Vu+ Newbie
hi, just got a new vu+solo2, installed 500gb harddrive,
but it will not let me flash,
someone on another site told me this is a issue with this new stb,
he told me i would have to unscrew back and disconnect hdd, in order to flash,
every time i want to flash????
is this true,,,,, any help please????
 
O think no; flashing box mast work without disconnect hdd; somethimes made problem other usb who was in box slot.
If you put usb with image on front box all mast work good and box mast be flashed.
 
tried to flash blackhole 179.3.
full image, not backup,
i have a vu+duo also, with hdd, never had this before,

Have u got backup file in ur solo2 hdd if yes delete them and flash ur box make sure u format ur USB stick again before flashing the box

no, its a brand new stb and a new internal hdd, just unrapped from packaging, so mothing on hdd?
