Solo2 only using single tuner?

Hi,
I can't record and watch 2 channels, my box is only using a single tuner. I checked customise options and the tuner selection is set to auto. Are there any other settings I can check?

I have BH 2.1

With single tuner and antenna you can only record and watch if TV channels on the same SAT transponder and the same polarisation.
 
I have a dual lnb and 2 cables. It was working fine until I updated from BH 1.7.3. I don't understand what has changed in the settings.
 
My friend has the same problem. We tried to fix forever, but NO luck....

Vu+Solo2 with BH 2.1.0.1, no special plugins, all (3-4) from BH addons server.
Settings:
Tuner A : Simple- Thor A and Astra 4.8 B connected to a 2:1 switch
Tuner B : Simple- Thor A and Astra 4.8 B connected to another 2:1 switch
So..of course, 2 cables going in to box...

Also tested "same as" on Tuner A and also tested opposite, Tuner B "same as". Not working either.
Record one channel and watch one channel same time ok, BUT switching to another channels freezes the box (black screen or other) and it does'nt matter fta ,same sat or transponder or not. Same problem. It's ok as long as I don't switch channel. With 2 tuners I should easily be able to watch one channel and record another and then switch and watching atleast to same transponder channel, but NO.....what to do more? I see many people report different angles of this issue....

Which image version without this problem?
