Solo2 Re-Flash Problems

My Solo2 has gone into a loop on re-boot. I have tried multiple times to re-flash the box using a Vix image without any success even though I have used the same USB stick I have updated the software before with no problems. The box does not recognize the image? Is there another way of updating the image?
