solo2 will not boot image

hi all, have recently purchased a solo2, and flashed with 2.0.9.1. all has been fine until this morning when i went to boot the box the image hung at the logo screen and hung, remote unresponsive.

only option was to switch off at back of the unit, now image will not load, switch on box lights up when touched however then nothing

tried a usb flash to no avail, is a rs232 option available, if so can i use the same image files, or do i need a restore image?
 
@teesside71 : Disconnect your box from mains.
Remove HDD and disconect LAN and all USB devices.
Restart box.

If this will not help, disconnect box from mains for about 10 minutes and try to reflash.
 
hi thanks for the reply, tried all that from a different thread i found, i noticed that the cooling fan on the rear had stopped, and no power was being received to any of the usb ports as the light on my kingston pen drive would not light up

after discussion with the online shop i bought it from, i have now sent back as warranty
