Hi all, I am new to the scene and have a Vu+ Solo 2 running BH. I spec'd it with the 500GB HDD option and its been working OK but its really tempermental. If I set a recording in the future, it does not always record. In the timer section is listed as waiting at the correct time/date but under recordings, its listed but with 00:00 duration. On these files, it may say NO DATA ON TRANSPONDER but I have two good LNB feeds so this should be fine.
At times, it does record but on these, somethimes its choppy/pixelated/unwatchable. I would say if you record at the time its on, it works fine, it seems to be only future recordings.
Also if i set it to repeat weekly, thats tempermental also even after i set CrossEPG to update daily at 4am, it still doesnt record correctly. Any ideas?
