Request Some missing Python libraries

In order to use different Kodi Skins, it will be needed some missing Python libraries, like PIL and cProfile.

Where's the right place and who are the right people to ask about including the missing libs in a new release?

Since it seems that NOBODY has an anwser and also NOBODY knows who can have an answer... is it possible to update the python version that comes in BH 3.0.2.G Vuplus Solo2 image?
