Split channels in one orbital position between two tuners

fta

Vu+ Newbie
This is the situation:

Tuner A is connected to a DiSEqC switch to choose between three LNBs:
one for 19.2E, one for 23.5E and one for 28.2E.

Tuner B is connected to a multiswitch that distributes only the vertically polarized channels in the low band of 19.2E.

The question is how to set up the tuners so that tuner B is used to receive only the 19.2E vertical/low band channels and tuner A is used to receive all the other 19.2E channels, so those in the horizontal/low band and in the high band.

So summarizing:

Tuner A: 19.2 (HL, VH and HH bands)
Tuner B: 19.2 (VL band)
