stack in Programming ... screen

I tryied to install BH 1.6.6 .. I updated first to dualboot (it tooks a glimpse os second)
But now When I install BH I/m Stack at " Programming..." screen

Any help... I'm a really newbie

Uhm.... I don't have Ultimo (for now of course) but I think you can change your USB stick used for programming....
