There's a way to start Blackhole in same channel?

In other images that option is in channel selection on menu options.

YES, look in the addons plugin> startups standby plug in.

Of course, it is!
Startup Service plugin do the job.
Install the plugin from addons server.

When on channels list ... Under the channel you want to make your startup default service ... Press <MENU> and set it at your desire.
