Startup to standby and Startup Service?

I have both these installed. Startup to standby works but the channel stays on even though the display shows time. So it does not shut the startup service channel that channel is always on unless I dont shut it manually.
How do I fix it after booting ( incase of electricity cut) the display shows time but that channel which is in start up service stays on in the back ground. I want it to be in standy just power showing time.
 
So in short I dont know if this startup to standby really does the job. I have tried deleting and reinstalling no help, the background channel my paid sub channel is always on but the VU+DUO2 shows time on the box showing its in stanby but its not. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug ?
 
Looks like a bug as the channel put on standby keeps running on the background even though the display shows the time
