Stb not working after upgrade

Hi i done a blackhole update on my solo2 box today amd now i camt evem get it to load, even the writing that shows when turned on isnt there, but loght on the front is lit up any ideas pease? I dont have a clue about these things. I do have a back up stored bit how can i do that if it wont respond.
