Strange behavior when recording

Hi, I am having some strange behavior and possibly it might be related to some plugin bug or misconfiguration, perhaps somebody can clarify.

I noticed that when I have a timer for recording and the receiver is in deep standby, it turns on and through the CEC turns on also the TV.
The first question is: is there a way to set the CEC HDMI plugin or the recording in a way that the recorder doesn't turn on the TV (basically an exception to the normal behavior that I set).

Second, when this happens, without me touching anything, it asks me if I really want to turn off the receiver, because a recording is going to start soon.
If I say no, nothing happens, but this assumes I am in front of the TV.
If I say yes, it goes back to deep sleep, probably not recording and not even turning off the TV.

Basically what I want is: if it is deep sleeping and has to record, just go to standby and record on the second tuner, so it won't even turn on the TV.
Do you think it is possible?

I've seen an option into HDMI-CEC plugin configuration about Deep Standby event. I think you can play with that and don't turno on TV when the box wake up from deepstandby.
