Streaming chanel through webif does not work

I upgraded recently from bh 2.x to 3.0.2.i and i realise today that streaming through webif to a laptop or pc doe not produce any image and transcoding does not work either.
I can connect to the box with webif, can see the channel list, but there is omly one tv icon. I thong i had 2 in the past, one for full resolution and one for transcoding. Can sonebody help please? Thanks, and happy hew year.
 
Ok i moved a bit, i am happy with the result.
I rebooted my vu duo2, now sreaming wrks fine from webif on pc, but not the ipad!
However i setup kodi tv enigma2 plugin and it now works with transcoding on android and laptop.
I am only suprised i still do not see transcoding icon in webif, would be usefull to copy paste url in vlc on ipad.
