Streaming from Solo to VLC with 1.7.6 - Changes?

Have there been any changes in BH 1.7.6 or OpenWebif that would cause problems streaming to VLC 2.0.3?

My Restream 2.0 is broken and I can't find any problem at the server end. My last possibility is to identify any changes on the BH image that might have broken things.

Have there been any changes since 1.7.4 that could affect streaming?
