Streaming IPTV from VUplus 4K to Kodi

For a while now I have used an Ultimo 4K as a server for a Kodi frontend client, exclusively with DVB-S channels, and it works flawlessly.
Recently, I combined the Bouquet list with both DVB-S and IPTV channels, but can not stream the IPTV channels to Kodi. The combination of DVB-S and IPTV channels workes fine as long as I switch cannels with Ultimo 4K.
Is it possible to "restreame" from VUplus 4K to, for example, Kodi?
