Which is the best option to stream to internet?. VLC?
I try vu+ player in low profile but image is constantly freezing.

I have vu+ solo2 and 2mb internet upload...

You should use Transcoding feature of your Solo2 box.

it's possible to reduce quality render to optimize bandwith?. I have 2mb upload.

Transcoding should be already downgraded to support wifi devices / 3G UMTS devices that uses limited bandwidth....
