Subtitles encoding

Hi,

i try ti play video with subtitles but no success.

How can i play video with srt subtitles in utf8 and mainly cp1250 ?

Well 2 things, the 2 files must always have the same name and have to be in the same place or folder.

Ok, maybe i'v wrote bad. Subtitles are ok, but with bad encoding and on bad position (there are in the middle of the screen) , so which plugin or which settings should i use to play subtitles ?

Really nobody is using VU to play movies with subtitles ?
Is there any other player, than builtin media player which can handle other subtitles encoding ?

Ok, i'v found great plugin which works as expected.
