Subtitles (.srt) correct syntax and support

I like to know why the following example is not going to produce
correct subtitles with BH image.
<i>«This is a Test/Subtitling»</i>
••• <b><u>T E S T 1 2 3 4 5 6 7™</u></b> •••

Is the syntax incorrect or BH image not supporting BOLD,ITALIC,UNDERLINE ? :unsure:
 
To answer my question BH Image\Skin doesn't support advanced
.srt coding (like example above).

Also FontMagnifier Plugin it seems not to enlarge .srt subtitle fonts on
latest 2.x.x images.
