I have black hole 2.0.6 and don't work my usb tunner sveon 21. can you give me which drivers i need?

It's not yet clear what chipset and tuner are being used by your device.
The most detailed thing to do now is to open the device (with care) and make some photos of chipset and post them here and cross fingers

so it will be implemented in next bh firmware or you send me the modified driver?
